Why we started Loyal Soul Care

We've spent over a decade around dogs — feeding them, walking them, sitting with them at 2am when something felt off, and learning the hard way what "good food" actually means versus what a bag claims.

Along the way, we kept seeing the same pattern: pet parents doing their best with whatever was on the supermarket shelf, and vets only entering the picture once something had already gone wrong. We started Loyal Soul Care to flip that — fresh, honest food as the default, and a vet in the loop every single month, not just during emergencies.

We're just getting started in Sector 69, Gurgaon, and building this the way we'd want it built for our own dogs.

Is homemade food safe for my dog long-term?

Yes, when it's nutritionally balanced. Our recipes are being developed with a vet nutritionist to make sure portions cover the protein, fat, and micronutrient needs of dogs — not just taste good. That's also why a monthly vet check-in is built into every plan, so it's monitored, not assumed.

How is the food stored and served?

Meals are delivered fresh or frozen depending on your delivery schedule, in sealed portioned packs. You'll get simple instructions for refrigerating, thawing and serving — no cooking required on your end.

What if my dog has allergies or a medical condition?

Let us know when you fill in the waitlist form. We tailor recipes around known allergies, and for dogs with medical conditions, we'll loop in the monthly vet visit to make sure the diet actually fits their needs.

Which areas do you currently deliver to?

We're starting in Sector 69, Gurgaon, and expanding gradually so quality doesn't slip. Add your area in the waitlist form and we'll notify you as soon as we reach you.

How does the free vet visit work?

Every active subscription includes one vet visit a month, at no extra cost, to check your dog's weight, diet fit, and general health. We'll share scheduling details once your subscription is active.

How much does it cost?

We're still finalising pricing as we onboard our first families in Sector 69. Join the waitlist and you'll get founding-member pricing as soon as plans go live.

How often is food delivered?

Delivery frequency is flexible — weekly is most common, but this will depend on your dog's portion size and your storage preference. You can share your preference in the waitlist form.

Can I customise the menu for my dog?

Yes — breed, age, weight and allergies all factor into the plan we build for your dog. The sample menu above shows the kind of meals we cook, not a fixed one-size-fits-all rotation.
